Where we ship: United States, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping cost: Free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95 — same deal in every country we ship to.

Processing time: Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: 7–14 days after shipping. During peak periods (holidays, big sales) it can take a few days longer.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as Frank ships. Tracking may take 2–5 days to update after you receive it.

Customs & taxes: Prices are in USD. Orders outside the United States may be subject to local import taxes or customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it. After that, Frank may already be on his way.

Lost or stuck? If tracking hasn't moved in 14 days, reach out and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
