Returns & Refunds

We want you to love Frank. If you don't, here's how it works.

30-day returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Frank must be unused and in his original packaging.

Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full. No need to send anything back.

How to start a return: Email support@shopbigfrank.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Not eligible: Items that have been used on a grill (we're sure you understand), and gift cards.
